Christmas Cards

Do you do something special with your Christmas cards to include your baby? I have seen cards with baby angels on them, and I know some people include their baby's name in their signature or stamp it with a special stamp (a little star or heart) to include their child. What do you do?

We called our babe L'il Peanut before she was born sleeping and since she has been gone she constantly sends us 'winks' in the form of heart shaped things. I found the perfect little picture of a heart shaped peanut last year just before Christmas so I now include that picture on our cards yearly. <3

I def want to this year. Last year we didn't and I wish I had. The first year we only sent a pic of her in our cards

I would sign our names with a * between us to signify our angel. Noone knew what the star meant and it looked like an 'and', but for us, it had a deeper meaning.

We write a Christmas letter every year, so in it we include the things we've done throughout the year to honor them, just like the things we've done with our rainbow to honor him. We also include their names in the signature of the letter and on the return address labels.

I always do several family pictures in our cards and it just doesn't seem right not to include Mikayla and Chase, so I included their names in the sand that Carly Marie did this year. This is our first Christmas without Chase so we did mention his death in our letter, and we signed both of their names "and our angels Mikayla and Chase" after the family names.

I put a butterfly sticker by our names.

I know this is a bit late but we generally have a photo of our living son and say something like "Merry Christmas from Noah and the rest of the Annis family" to include us all.

When signing anything else we always sign "xo" at the end which we use to symbolize Eli. Some of our friends and family are aware of it, others aren't, maybe some guess, I don't know.
